How much does shipping cost?

The Daily Sesh offers free shipping on all orders.

 

Do you offer discreet shipping?

Yes, we understand the need and everything is shipped in plain brown boxes. 

 

When will my item ship?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

Most items will be shipped from Arizona unless sold by one of our authorized sellers. 

 

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?

If you receive an item that defective or that was damaged in transit; The Daily Sesh will replace it at no cost. Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Reply with the order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will take care of the rest.

What is your return policy?

The Daily Sesh will accept returns on unused products only within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on used products under any circumstances.

 

  • Items returned due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • You can return an item for store credit and will not incur a restocking fee.

 

*Heady Glass (custom pieces) sold are non-refundable.

  

How do I submit a Return?

Damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours by contacting us using the link below.
If you are unsatisfied for other reasons, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery.

 

Can I return a broken item?

If an item arrives broken due to transit, please see the "What if my item arrives broken?" section above.

If an item breaks after you use it, send your order number and clear photos of the damage to our support team. We will send you a one-time use coupon code that will discount a replacement by 15%. We will not ask for the item back.

 

Can I return a used item?
We do not accept returns on used items under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this rule. 

 

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Items returned due to customer preference will be charged a 15% restocking fee. In addition, shipping and rush processing charges are non-refundable. 
 
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.

 

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 business days for your bank to clear the funds.
